We collect the information you give us directly: your email address, the page you signed up from, and standard campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) attached to the link you arrived through.

When you connect a Shopify store, our scanner reads catalog data through the Shopify Admin API: your store URL, products, collections, tags, product options, and metafields. We use this to find and build collection pages for your store.

We use your email and signup details to send you the report or access you requested, to provide the service, and to send occasional product updates.

We use your store's catalog data only to generate and improve the page recommendations and pages we deliver to you.

We use privacy-light, first-party analytics to count page views and signups. We do not use advertising pixels on this site beyond what is required to measure our own campaigns.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a business transfer. In each case we limit disclosure to what is necessary.

We use service providers to operate the service, such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. They may process your data on our behalf under appropriate data-processing terms and only to provide their service to us.

Some estimates we show are derived from third-party keyword data and from the Shopify Admin API. See the Terms of Service for how those estimates should be treated.

We retain your email and signup details for as long as you remain subscribed, and delete them within 30 days of an unsubscribe or deletion request.

Where we no longer need data to provide the service or meet a legal obligation, we delete or de-identify it.

You can unsubscribe or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@facetseo.com. We will action requests within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law. We will honor those rights as they apply to you.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting access to data and using established providers for hosting and payments.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.

Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
