By using facetseo.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

FacetSEO scans a Shopify store's catalog and finds and builds high-intent collection pages. The scanner is currently live and free.

Paid page generation — Forge ($79/mo) and Forge Pro ($149/mo) — is rolling out to founding users. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the product develops, and some features may be available only to certain plans.

You agree to use the service only for stores and data you are authorized to access, and to comply with applicable law and Shopify's own terms.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or access it through unauthorized means.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. You authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your chosen payment method.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

We retain all rights in the FacetSEO service, software, and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active.

Your store data remains yours. The collection pages and recommendations we generate for your store are yours to use, subject to these terms and any plan limits.

The service relies on third parties, including Shopify and providers of keyword data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third parties.

Estimates of search demand are derived from third-party keyword data and the Shopify Admin API. These are estimates, not measured results.

The service and all reports and estimates are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing we provide is a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or revenue. You are responsible for how you act on the information we provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FacetSEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.

Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
